In my earlier post I have said that I will write in detail about Goa.In this post I am going to talk about Beaches Of Goa.Goa is a place famous for its beaches,churches and cuisines.
I myself has visited goa and find Goan beaches quite fabulous.You can find the people from east and west mingle together on goan beaches.So,if I say Goa is a place where East meets the west then it will not be an exaggeration.there are numerous beaches in Goa and some of them like Colva beach and Calungut beach are really long.
Calungut beach-Calungut beach is a very long beach next only to Colva beach inGoa.It is reffered to as 'Queen of Goan Beaches'.In addition to this what I found about this beach was that it is most commercialised beaches of Goa.You can take sun bath here,enjoy chilled beer and Tasty Goan cuisines.Besides if you are fond of clothes,fansy bags,and decorative items then you can find these items here and buy them.

Colva beach-Colva beach is situated in south Goa.It is the longest beach of Goa And second most in India only after Marina beach of Chennai.You can enjoy your time here by taking sun bath.

Vagator beach-This is the beach which i liked most.Not beacause it is commercialised or for Goan cuisines but for its sheer beauty.This is a rocky beach and this makes this beach a bit different from other beaches.You can have the glimpses of CHAPORA FORT from this beach.Chapora fort is situated just beside Vagator beach on a small hill.Watching Vagator beach from chapora fort gives you the real idea of beauty of this beach.If u are missing the sunset view of this beach then i would say u are missing the paradise!!!!!!!

Anjuna beach-This beach is situated in the northern part of Goa.This is also a rocky beach.Foreigners prefer this beach for sun bath.

Sinquerin beach-This is a beautiful beach close to the Aguada fort.It is carpeted with very fine grey sand.You can take along walk to reach Candolim beach and then to north to baga beach.

Baga beach-Baga beach is infact an extension of Calungut beach but in contrast to Calungut beach it is not commercialised beach.Also no. of visitors her are less as compared to other beaches.This makes it an excellent beach for solitude lovers.It is not infrequent to find topless sun bathers.one of the attractions of this beach is its Saturday night market.You can buy kashmiri handicrafts,show-pieces and many beautiful items from here.

Bambolim beach-This beach is largely undiscovered and unvisited beach.It is covered with millions of shells.This makes this beach heaven for shell collectors and solitude lovers.It has got thick coconut and pine grooves where you can take shelter.

Palolem beach-This beach is reffered to as "paradise beach".So you can imagine the beauty of this beach.If you are fond of fishing then this is the beach for you.It is also known for its dolphin cruises and fishing trips.
